Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
- Your account: the email address you paid with, and the sites you add to be scanned.
- Scan results: what the tool found on those sites — links, timings, accessibility findings, header values, certificate dates, uptime checks.
- Payment: the order (which package, amount, currency, the provider's order number and the time). Card data is collected and stored by the payment provider, not by us.
- Logs: the technical data needed to run and secure the service (time, IP address, the request). These are not used to build a profile of you.
3. What we do not collect
We scan only sites you enter and verify. We do not log in to those sites, do not crawl behind a paywall, and do not build profiles of their visitors. If a page happens to contain personal data in public HTML, it can appear in a report; you control who sees the report.
4. Why we use it
- To run the scans you ask for and deliver the reports (performance of our contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records and handle refunds and disputes (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse such as scanning sites you do not own, and rate-limit requests (legitimate interest).
5. Who we share it with
The payment provider that processes the sale and is the merchant of record; our email provider, which sends the reports and receipts; and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising on this site.
6. How long we keep it
Account records and reports are kept while your account is active and for 90 days after the last scan. Order and notification records are kept for 90 days for delivery checks, and accounting records for as long as tax law requires. Logs are kept for a short period and then deleted or aggregated.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
8. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The payment provider's checkout runs on their own domain under their privacy policy.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced on this page before they apply.
